Stephen Kirby is a Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) representing precinct 3223 in the Perry District in Spokane, WA.
He served as the Vice Chair for the Spokane County Democrats from 2022-2024 and continues to as their IT Expert on the Executive Board to apply computers and data analysis in a cost effective manner for local Democrats.
As Vice Chair he reached across to other counties in the Eastern half of Washington State to develop an informal collaboration for improving operations (such as voting data and accounting software) and improving Democrat messaging
Mr. Kirby is a licensed attorney, and his is primarily focused on running an IT Data Consulting firm, Tikor Consulting, since 2003. His company supports clients such as Hallmark, Costco and Nike.
As a National Delegate Mr. Kirby would continue expanding our Eastern Washington network with other democrats that share our interest and solutions in data, operations and messaging.
